Isn't it incredible when you meet someone for the first time but it feels like you've known each other your whole life? I felt this was the case when I first met Ieva and her lovely family when they came out to Raglan beach for their family shoot. It was hard to stop talking about our lives and raising children living in a different country. I think Ieva is the first person I have met being from Latvia!

The family session took place at the never failing Ngarunui Beach in Raglan. The kids were in their element as they are used to seeing mum and dad hitting the waves. We jumped, danced, searched for creatures in the rockpools, cuddled, splashed in the water and run through the sand. Just like any other ordinary day at the beach.
