Emily had me all set for a super fun at-home family photography session in Tamahere, The Waikato, and I was absolutely buzzing to capture their adorable crew at such a gorgeous spot. There’s something so special and heartwarming about snapping family moments in the cozy embrace of your own home. It’s where everyday magic happens, and these are the moments you’ll look back on with a smile long after the kids have flown the coop. From the quirky kids' bedrooms to the lush gardens, the dress-up costumes, and those charming nooks that make your house a home—everything became our playground.
With these energetic little ones, we explored every inch of their world. They bounced on the bed like it was a trampoline, proudly showcased their rooms, twirled in their favourite new dresses, hopped the fence with joyful enthusiasm, and tossed autumn leaves into the air like confetti. It was a whirlwind of joy and laughter, and every click of the camera was a snapshot of pure, unfiltered fun!
I had an absolute blast with this family! I loved how the kids invited me into their little world, giving me a peek at their cool rooms and moving in front of the camera without a care in the world. Their playful energy and openness made the whole experience such a joy!
