It's been nearly a month ago since Karin and I ventured out to The Red Barn for another wedding extravaganza. Che and Bruce have know each other for a very long time, but when Bruce got picked out of the bunch to enter the USA with a green card, getting married all of a sudden became a more pressing matter. I was amazed to hear that the two of them were flying out of NZ the day after their wedding, to start their new life together on the other side of the world. I can only imagine how much organising would have gone into the wedding and immigrating at the same time.
If Che would have been nervous for her big day she sure did a great job in hiding it. She looked incredible in her Vera Wang dress and so did all her bridesmaids, it was all style. Bruce and his gang were such a nice and relax bunch, and you could tell they had know each other for a very long time. They had organised their first look prior to the ceremony at a very old park smackbam in the middle of the Waikato, it took a while for everyone to get there but it was definitely worth it. The ceremony and reception were what every couple hopes for - lots of laugher, quality time with friends and family and amazing speeches. And not to forget love. Lots of love.
I can never express enough how grateful I am to be able to do this job, specially when meeting couples such as Che and Bruce. Here's a little insight into their big day.
